THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING OUR SMALL (TINY!) BUSINESS

  • Are your products organic?
Absolutely yes- but no, they're not certified organic. Our olive oil and honey come from small family farms in Greece where everything is grown and gathered the traditional way. No pesticides, no weird sprays, no shortcuts. Just healthy trees, happy bees, and clean land. The reason we’re not certified is simple: organic certification is expensive and complex, especially for small-scale producers who already farm to higher-than-organic standards. We’ve chosen to keep things simple, sustainable, and transparent, so you get the quality without the extra red tape.
  • What is the shelf life of your olive oil?
Our extra virgin olive oil is made from hand-picked olives pressed during the autumn harvest. It tastes best when enjoyed within 18 to 24 months of harvest. We label each bottle with its harvest date so you know exactly when it was produced. Supermarket oils are often blends that have been sitting around for ages, but ours comes fresh from the grove with vibrant, grassy, peppery flavour. Keep it in a cool, dark place and enjoy it generously while it's at its peak.
  • What is the shelf life of your honey?
Honey is basically nature’s time capsule. It never really goes off! In fact, archaeologists have found pots of honey in ancient Egyptian tombs that were still perfectly edible thousands of years later. For the best flavour and aroma, we recommend enjoying our honey within 2 years of harvest. We always jar the freshest seasonal honey, straight from happy Greek bees gathering nectar from wildflowers and thyme. Store it in a cool, dry place and it will stay delicious. Crystallisation is completely natural and actually a sign of quality. If you prefer it runny, just warm it gently.
  • Is your honey raw and unfiltered?
Yes, it is! Our honey is 100% raw and unfiltered, just as the bees made it. That means no heating, no pasteurising, and no fine filtering- all the natural enzymes, pollens, and nutrients stay right where they belong. You might notice some cloudiness or crystallisation over time, and that’s a good thing. It’s a sign of real, high-quality honey.
  • Is your olive oil cold-pressed and extra virgin?
Yes! Our olive oil is always cold-pressed and certified extra virgin. It’s made within hours of harvest using only mechanical methods- no heat, no chemicals, just pure juice from hand-picked olives. This preserves the full flavour, aroma, and nutritional goodness. Every bottle comes from the freshest seasonal harvest.

  • What’s the difference between extra virgin and regular olive oil?
Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is the highest quality- cold-pressed, unrefined, and full of flavour. Regular olive oil is usually refined and blended, which means it's been processed with heat or chemicals. If you want real taste and health benefits, EVOO is the one to drizzle.
  • Can I cook with extra virgin olive oil?
You can and you should! EVOO is great for cooking- roasting, sautéing, and even light frying. It has a smoke point of around 190°C, and when it's high-quality (like ours), it holds up beautifully and adds flavour too.
  • Why is Greek olive oil considered some of the best?
Greece has the perfect climate, ancient groves, and a deep tradition of olive farming. Greek oil tends to be fruity, fresh, and peppery- thanks to local olive varieties like Koroneiki. Many experts say it’s among the finest in the world. We’re not arguing.
  • Why does raw honey crystallise?
Crystallisation is totally natural and a sign of pure, raw honey. It happens when the natural sugars (mostly glucose) form crystals over time. Some people love the texture- but if you prefer it runny, just warm the jar gently in a bowl of hot water.
