2024: The Launch of Elia — A Family Passion Comes to Life

Elia began with a simple but heartfelt mission: to bring the freshest, most authentic extra virgin olive oil and pure honey from Greece directly to your table here in the UK. We’re based in Horsham, which feels like the perfect midpoint between Brighton and London — a great home base for sharing a little taste of the Mediterranean.

Our olive oil and honey come from a close-knit group of producers in Kalamata, Greece, where tradition and family run deep. The same family that has tended olive groves and beehives for generations now works with us to craft these delicious, high-quality products you see today. It’s not just a business — it’s a shared story of love, care, and respect for the land.

2025: Our First Market Stalls and Our First Loyal Customers

We started small, selling at local markets, meeting customers face-to-face, and hearing their stories about how they use olive oil and honey in their kitchens and lives. It was humbling and exciting to connect directly with people who cared about quality and provenance as much as we do.
