Grown in the mountainous village of Kampos, our Koroneiki olive trees have been nurtured by Aris' family for over 150 years. Cultivated using regenerative methods, these trees are part of a thriving ecosystem that reflects the harmony between land and tradition.

Aris and his neighbours still harvest the old way—by hand, with care, and in community. Each November, the families of Kampos unite to bring in the olives and press them locally in the village’s shared mill, capturing the season’s first, freshest oil.

Cold-extracted from early harvest Koroneiki olives, this extra virgin olive oil is silky and bright, with a smooth, creamy texture and notes of fresh grass, almond, and pepper. High in polyphenols (450mg/kg), it’s a bold expression of place and time.
